No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • An unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellation
